14. Step away from the computer. Does this sound ridiculous? But you know this is a practical tool. If you can, then work offline most of the time. Once you unplug your internet cable or wi-fi connection, you will see that you save lots of time.
15. Write out a to-do list each day. Time management and productivity experts have long been emphasizing this point. A to do list improves your productivity more than you think. I follow it and I have eliminated many problems just by following a to-do list.
16. Ask yourself one question. During different times of the day, ask yourself one simple question - “Am I currently making the best possible use of my time?” See how this simple question can boost your productivity.
17. Get plenty of sleep. Sleep makes you feel fresh. It repairs your body weakened by the daily toll. A good sleep of the required time will make you productive for the rest of time you stay awake.
18. Exercise. A healthy body is what you need for being productive. Exercise not only helps your body but also help you to feel happier. So, exercise regularly to improve your health and to improve productivity.
19. Organize your office. Lots of your time is wasted finding something in your desk or workplace. If you have piles of paper in your desk, then it not only wastes your time but also steals your peace of mind. Organize your office and specially your desk, dump the junk and see your productivity improves.
20. Outsource as much as possible. Outsourcing is necessary if you want piece of mind. There are so many different websites through which you can outsource. Find out a few people who you can send work and then get back it at the right time. Choose people and train them.
