Grogger is an easy-to-use blogging platform. It will allow you to edit the user created posts through a few site administrators. A user can visit your Grogger site and write an entry (called a Grog). The entry can be posted directly to your blog or added to a moderation queue for site administrators to edit it. When approved entries are published, other users can vote it up using a ‘Like’ system, and administrators can ‘feature’ it to make it even more prominent. Users can also leave their comments on your blog and posts.

Grogger is now open to the public and is free, with plans to eventually roll out some premium options.
