In this series we will discuss 8 models of each i.e. 8 models each of Content, Monetization and Traffic Model. You can combine these models to find out your required model.

Content

An old saying says “Content is the King.” Probably who told this was right. Content creates your web identity. So, be careful what you want to write and what you write. The content is the main factor for which people come to visit your site. If the content is good and offers some value to the readers, then they will come back again or otherwise they will leave for good. Changing the content is difficult and you may need to start over again to do so.

Monetization

Monetization is very important. You may have a great website with millions of people hitting it every day or month, but unless you monetize it, it has no value. No monetization means no money. You can start with monetization with content centered around it or you can first build the content and then monetize it later. You can do anyone of it. It is, however, always better to start with content and then

Traffic

Traffic = sales. More traffic= more sales. But do all the sites make money. I guess not. Many of the great content sites go unnoticed because they lack traffic. Traffic is the life blood and every business thrives on it. So, you need to work hard on getting traffic to your site.
